The Maccabi Haifa Show

On November 12th Versus aired a show entitled Inside Israeli Basketball. The show features the journey of Jeremy Tyler who skipped his Senior season of High School to play in Israel for Maccabi Haifa. TGR ran a story about Tyler a while back. To read it click here. The show will air on Thursdays at 4pm EST and again on Sundays at 2pm and 10pm. Besides Tyler the show will fcous on Maccabi Haifa team throughout the season.

Maccabi Haifa is owned by Jeffrey Rosen of Aventura, FL. They were the runner-up in the Israeli Premier Basketball league last season. The team contains a number of U.S. players, including Davon Jefferson of USC Todd Golden of St. Mary’s, and Jesse Pellot-Rosa of Virginia Commonwealth. Earlier this year Maccabi Haifa announced the reitrement of Tamir Goodman.
