A few weeks ago we brought you the TGR All Americans. Here is how they did in the first week of the NCAA season.
Preseason MVP Jon Scheyer dropped 18 points while grabbing 3 boards and dishing out four assists in a Duke victory. Bryan Cohen also scored 18 points for Bucknell in a loss to Providence.
Derek Glaser scored 10 points in his opener while handing out 4 assists. Zach Rosen filled out the boxscore with 8 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists for Penn.
The Co-MVPs for week one were Dane Diliegro who had a double double (14pts/15rbs) as he helped New Hampshire to start 1-0 on the season. Brett Harvey dropped 23 points for Loyola MD. Both players had feature articles on TGR...which clearly played a part in them getting off to a great start (If I may say so myself). For more information on Diliegro click here and for Harvey click here.
Nice start for all of the TGR All Americans.
And Let Us Say...Amen.
